Sea Otter Sherpa

This is our first completely custom Cut + Sew project. Designed by my good friend, Ryan Hatfield (@ryanhatfieldmedia) . 

This Sherpa takes inspiration from Sea Otters. Notice the Sea Otter fur pattern branded along the logo. The hues of browns replicate the natural coloring of Sea Otters. 

All our exclusive designed Cut + Sew projects bear the brand name ALUMINUM. 

I chose this name as an homage to the original Aluminum cans all our tees are shipped in. I consider Aluminum to almost be a perfect material, completely rust proof, moldable and recyclable. In fact, 90% of Aluminum in use today has been recycled and took a different form at some point in its life. 

Embracing the Aluminum theming, our zipper is custom designed to be an Aluminum cut-out of our Earth. 

To offset any polyester or plastic used in this custom design process, for each Sherpa we will fund the clean-up of 5 pounds of plastic, as opposed to our usual 1 pound. 

Note: Sherpas fit larger, I recommend ordering a size down. Sherpas will be shipped in reusable custom tote bags.
