Shipping and returns
$6 flat shipping anywhere in the US. Everything ships from Phoenix, Arizona.
We are a small team and cannot process returns. If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item or size, email support@cannedgoodsclothing.com with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.
Where the pound of plastic goes
For every tee sold we donate to remove one pound of ocean-bound plastic from oceans and rivers through our cleanup partner. The running total is public on our impact page.
Why a can?
Because plastic mailers end up in the ocean and cans do not. Only 9% of plastic waste is ever recycled. Aluminum is recycled again and again. The can also keeps the tee fresh off the press, and it is rigid, so your shirt arrives rolled, not crushed.
What do I do with the can?
Plant the wildflower seeds in it. Or keep it for pencils, coins, keys. Every design has its own can artwork, so people collect them. If you do not want it, recycle it. It is aluminum with a paper label.
What if the size is wrong?
Check the fit notes before you order, since we are too small to process returns. If we sent the wrong size, email support@cannedgoodsclothing.com with your order number and we will fix it.
How is the plastic actually removed?
For every tee sold we donate to a cleanup partner that removes ocean-bound plastic from rivers and coastlines. We publish the running total on our impact page.
A shirt that does some good for the planet.
Canned Goods started in a high school bedroom in Tempe, Arizona, because our founder was tired of his favorite brands shipping everything in plastic. Only 9% of all plastic waste ever gets recycled. Aluminum gets recycled over and over. So we put the shirt in a can, and we fund the cleanup of one pound of ocean-bound plastic for every one we sell.
Plastic removed, every tee
Every tee funds the removal of a pound of ocean-bound plastic from our oceans and rivers through our cleanup partner. The running total is public.
Plastic in the packaging
An aluminum can and a paper label. No poly mailer, no bubble wrap, no tape. Listen for the pop when you open it.
A can that keeps going
Wildflower seeds come in every can. Plant them in it, or use it for pencils, coins, keys. If you do not keep it, recycle it and it becomes someone else's.
